My Opinion

There is only one way that the price of stocks go up, that's more buying then selling. Conversely they go down when there is more selling then buying. It is great to see a small company grow and put together a foundation of fundamental building blocks that translate into revenue and earnings. As speculators we believe more in ideas and corporate leadership, once the fundamentals are in place much of the leverage we seek is gone. A good tip is to research the CEO and ask this one question "have you ever done this before?" if the CEO has in his history taken a startup and grew it into a successful company he can probably do it again.
Pretty simple logic.

The other day a friend looking at a penny stock asked about the company fundamentals, I had to pause because this guy is a religious trader of stocks and in that case the only thing that matters is the current volume and trend. See there two types of news, preliminary news and contract news. The first are the releases that you see where a company is getting something lined up, the later are the releases about actual signed contracts and dollars. The key is to be in the stock before the hard contracts are released that is when you get the most leverage. A perfect example is the release that was made by Carbon Jungle where China Agritech is wanting to meet to discuss the success they had in the trial with their organic fertilizer. If your a speculator looking for high returns than this is the time to jump. If you are averse to higher risk and are more interested in lower risk and lower returns than it would stike you to move after the contacts for product are signed. Its all up to you but if you are looking for sound fundamentals then look elsewhere this end of the market isn't for you, this is for players and traders those looking for high leverage.

Juniper Group Inc (JUNP)

JUNP continues to trade heavy volume and the stock closed today at .073 up over 400% this week. The issue is currently trading in a large range and hit over .09 this afternoon. this is a trader, keep your hands and feet in and enjoy the ride on this one.

Pay close attention

In todays trading the issue traded nearly ten times the 3o day ave volume of 34k shrs up, to 304k shrs closing up another .47. The next couple of days could see some correction but this issue is a trader that is ready to be watched.
